Biography

Michael Muller is an award-winning celebrity and advertising photographer and director whose work has appeared in countless campaigns and major publications, from Speedo, Nike, Kodak, Coca-Cola, Billabong, TD Ameritrade, Turkish Airlines, Mazda, Nike, Dodge, Range Rover, Fila, and VonZipper to Vanity Fair, Elle, Rolling Stone, Harper's Bazaar, Flaunt, The New York Times, ESPN The Magazine, Esquire, Interview, and Time. He is also one of the top key-art photographers in the business, with credits ranging from Sons of Anarchy to all the Iron Man movies, Spider-Man, The Avengers, Spring Breakers, the X-Men movies, and Captain America: Winter Soldier.

"Instead of posing actors in generic poses and stringing together shots for a final image, Muller prefers to shoot posters in camera, directing scenes on set where actors tend to feel more comfortable and are already in costume," Variety noted in a 2013 feature Michael's entertainment-advertising photography. "If you can shoot fast and make (actors) look good they love it," says Michael, who is represented as a director by RSA Films.
